Case 2 (12522): Arm Contouring / Lift

This 35 year old woman felt that her arms were too heavy looking for her normal body weight. She chose us based on friends, word-of-mouth, and internet research. She was 5' 4" and 145 pounds. There was no history of major weight loss. She worked as a nurse, exercised regularly and enjoyed boating. Dr. Graham felt she had localized excess fat in the upper arm areas and good skin elasticity; therefore he recommended liposuction of the upper arms. This was done as an out-patient in our nationally accredited surgical facility, in conjunction with our board-certified MD anesthesiologist. About 1/2 liter of fat was removed and the healing was excellent. Her arms have a slimmer, toned contour now.
