Case 1 (12615): Breast Augmentation

We were pleased to see this active healthy 26 year old woman, accompanied by her husband. She had done research about implant procedures and surgeons, and chose our practice based on our reputation and credentials. She spoke to many of Dr. Graham's patients in advance. She measured 5' 5" high and weighed 125 pounds. She had one child which she breast fed. Her current breast size was 34B and she wanted C-D fullness. She felt her left was slightly smaller and there was some sagging (ptosis). She selected 375-400ml saline implants, by an inframammary approach, with subpectoral placement. She requested a rounder, fuller upper pole. At surgery her mild asymmetry was managed by filling the right to 400ml and the left to 380ml. No lift or mastopexy was necessary and she obtained the contour she requested. She had no numbness. When completely healed she liked a D-cup bra, and was very happy with her result.
