Case 2 (12564): Breast Implant Problems / Correction / Revision

This 45 year old woman noticed left breast saline implant deflation 2 weeks before her consultation here with Dr. Graham. The initial surgery was done about 10 years earlier in another state. She was otherwise healthy, active, and had no history of breast problems. She was 5' 4", 115# and wore a 34 C. She wanted to be similar after implant replacement. She had natural areola & nipple sensation before and after replacement surgery. She recovered well. Replacement surgery was less uncomfortable than initial augmentation surgery, "I did excellent.
