Case 1 (04582): Breast Lift / Mastopexy
This healthy woman in her 40's was referred to see Dr. Graham by her Ob/Gyn and another surgeon she knew and trusted. She was satisfied with her breast size, but wanted better shape and projection. She had earlier delivered and breast-fed 3 children. She wore a 34C bra. She worked-out 3-4 times per week and had no breast problems. Her left breast was naturally a little larger and remained so. She underwent a short-scar, vertical pattern breast lift (mastopexy). No implant was placed. She reported, "hardly any pain, less than nursing." She resumed wearing her same bras with improved fit. Her scars healed smoothly and faded fairly well. She was very pleased and offered to let us use her photos to teach other patients.
